Darshak has always been an analytic thinker. Whether it’s coming up with the best way to play sudoku or creating a plan for product testing, he likes to break problems into the most basic components and analyze them to find a solution.

Darshak has always been an analytic thinker. Whether it’s coming up with the best way to play sudoku or creating a plan for product testing, he likes to break problems into the most basic components and analyze them to find a solution.

He started his journey with IBM where he led a product testing team working on Embedded Linux. After IBM he went to Babson College in Boston to pursue his dream of getting an MBA from the world’s #1 college for Entrepreneurship and graduated Magna Cum Laude. At Babson, he discovered his true passion in Analytics and Machine Learning.

He joined Grand Circle Corporation in Boston as VP of Analytics and transformed the way a multi-million dollar marketing program was run by using predictive analytics.

After 4 years working at Grand Circle, he joined EarlySalary – a startup that gave India’s first loan via a mobile app. He created a social scoring system called SocialWorth score which calculates an applicant’s creditworthiness based on social and financial parameters.

He then worked with Searce Inc. to establish Data Science practice and built Machine Learning solutions for some of India’s largest companies.

All along his journey, he kept himself updated with the latest techniques in machine learning and analytics. He has always been passionate about building teams, developing talent, and mentoring people. He attributes this passion to great mentors who helped him tremendously during his early career.

Sachin is a core techie at heart. He loves solving hard problems and architecting systems for scale and high performance. He believes in exploiting every ounce of computing power using smarter algorithms and distributed parallel architecture to execute computer programs as fast as possible.

Sachin is a core techie at heart. He loves solving hard problems and architecting systems for scale and high performance. He believes in exploiting every ounce of computing power using smarter algorithms and distributed parallel architecture to execute computer programs as fast as possible.

Sachin did an M.Tech. in Computer Science and engineering from IIT Kanpur. This was an enriching experience for him to work and learn with the country's best teachers and students. He specialized in Advance Computer Networks, Computer Architecture, and High-Performance Computing during his M.Tech.

He joined Cisco Systems after his post-graduation where he built enterprise-grade router firmware. After Cisco, he joined Druva Software - a Disaster Recovery and Data Governance startup from Pune, India.

Sachin was part of the initial team at Druva which was responsible for building a state-of-the-art microservices control plane on AWS Cloud to handle petabyte scale data. He is passionate about working in a team, grooming talent, and unleashing the team's creative potential by creating the right work environment. At Druva, he was leading an engineering vertical with multiple scrum teams.

Sachin's yearning for data made him learn Machine Learning and Data Science. He understands the value of data and the potential intelligence it can offer to solve problems in various domains. This though keeps him curious and excited every single day he comes to work.

After graduating from Symbiosis College, Bhakti pursued her MBA from MITSOB under Harvard mentorship. This experience shaped her leadership philosophy of combining analytical rigor with people-first management principles.

She began her journey at ICICI Bank as a tele-caller and rapidly ascended to Operations In-charge of ICICI Direct within three months, discovering her natural talent for operational leadership. At Religare Securities as Marketing Executive, she honed her strategic market vision.

Bhakti's leadership approach centers on empowering teams to exceed their potential. She has built high-performance operational frameworks across organizations, consistently delivering measurable results through collaborative leadership and process innovation. As Chief Operating Officer at Jash Data Sciences, she spearheads transformational initiatives that position the company for sustainable market leadership.

Her mastery of Quality Management Systems and Strategic Business Planning reflects her belief that systematic excellence creates lasting competitive advantage. This philosophy drives her dual leadership role as General Manager at Crystal Peripherals and Systems, where she successfully led ISO 9001:2008 certification while defining strategic business direction with executive leadership.

Beyond corporate leadership, Bhakti extends her vision as visiting faculty at Wadia College, Pune, mentoring the next generation of business leaders. Her commitment to operational brilliance and talent development creates a continuous cycle of excellence that drives her passion and curiosity every single day.
