J-Sphere Pick-to-Light Control System
J-Sphere Pick-to-Light is a software control system for AIOI's pick-to-light hardware lamps. It is fully configurable and can work in serial as well as parallel picking and putting modes, and can be deployed in mid to large warehouses to increase efficiency wherever manual picking or putting operations are performed. The control system not only controls the lamps — it also captures all picking and putting data with tack times to track and optimize operations, and provides an interface with the PLC system to receive pick and put lists.
J-Sphere Warehouse Management Control System
J-Sphere Warehouse Management Control System is a fully automated and customizable software solution. It controls and tracks inbound and outbound shipments through a central system, provides real-time views and reports on warehouse utilization and SKU placement, and integrates with any ERP system to receive a pick or put list. It can control conveyors and mother-baby robot shuttles for efficient movement of goods in and out of the warehouse, applying efficient algorithms for SKU placement to optimize pick-and-put throughput across the whole warehouse.
